Email Terms :
User agree to comply with all Federal, State and local laws governing the practice of e-mail marketing (including, but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act). Network Solutions does not condone "spamming" activity. Should you market Network Solutions services to your customers via e-mail marketing, you are obligated to abide by all laws, and industry best practices including, but not limited to, providing customers with the ability to opt-out of further marketing communications. Further, you agree that should you include Network Solutions services in any e-mail marketing campaign, you will include the following disclaimer on each such single-subject or multi-subject e-mail: "This e-mail was not sent by or on behalf of Network Solutions, LLC. and Network Solutions shall not be responsible or liable to any party for its content or method of distribution."
Paid Search Terms :
User agree that should you register keywords for paid-inclusion, cost-per-click (CPC) search engine listings for the express purpose of promoting Network Solutions services, that you (i) will not register any Network Solutions mark, any character string that is identical or similar to (including misspellings of) any Network Solutions mark, a complete list of such marks is available upon request to affiliatesdirect@networksolutions.com, (ii) will not position yourself in any ad associated with any such keywords as an official, authorized, certified or sponsored Network Solutions site, and (iii) will include a prominent reference identifying yourself as a member of the affiliate program.
Trademark Terms :
User agree that you when engaging in marketing practices for the express purpose of promoting Network Solutions services that you will not infringe on any Network Solutions marks and you will conduct all marketing activities in a fair, ethical, and legal manner.
Commission Fees will be calculated based on the commission rates stated on the Affiliate
Dashboard for each Qualified Purchase (as defined herein) subject to commission accruing
i. A purchase by a Referred Customer that has transferred from any Provider
partner or entity that owns, is owned by, or is under common ownership with
Provider.
ii. A purchase by a Referred Customer who is also associated with any Provider
reseller, referral, or other program.
iii. A purchase by a Referred Customer that is not up to date on its payments or
is subject to a refund, referral, or other program.
iv. A purchase that was completed prior to the Affiliate joining the Affiliate Program
or was not tracked properly through a Link.
v. A purchase by a Referred Customer that has not been in good standing for a
period of at least thirty (30) days or is in violation of Provider’s Terms of Service
